Deming, NM - by night, and dust devil by day

Dust devils are very common in this part of the country. They are like little mini tornados. They usually don’t do a lot of property damage because the winds aren’t that strong. But they tear up the dirt and send debris flying. We saw five dust devils at once from our vantage point at Rockhound State Park in the mountains southeast of Deming.
